State Safety offers free shipping to anywhere in the continental US for orders over $75!
For orders less then $75 shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, starting as low as $6.75.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Need your gear fast? Please Contact Us and we can arrange for expedited shipping. We’ll make every effort to get your order out the door quickly. Some shipping escalations, such as Next Day Air Saturday are not available in all areas and are not included in our web store. Please give us a call if you require this service.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We would expect the product to still be new and unused unless it's defective. We'll also ypay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, some items may receive a 10% restocking fee and customer is liable for any return shipping charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 7 business days).
